Uchidadi (filling)

Recipe Ingredients:

3box(15oz) white raisins
2pkg(12oz) or one 24oz box black raisins
1string of figs
3lbsshelled walnuts (in one pound bags or 4- 12oz containers)
1/4cupgrated dried orange peel (1 orange)
1Tbspblack pepper

Recipe Instructions:

1.   Use food processor to chops nuts. Set aside.
2.   Cut off tips of figs and cut each fig in quarters. Pass all figs and raisins through the meat grinder two times using the large whole disk.
3.   Add orange peel and spices into figs and raisins. Add water and mix well using fingers.
4.   Add chopped nuts, adding water a little at a time keeping a medium soft consistency.
