Stir Fry Beef

Recipe Ingredients:

Stir Fry Sauce Ingredients:
3Tbspsoy sauce
2tspto 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4tspgarlic powder
1tsplemon juice
Stir Fry Beef Ingredients:
2Tbspolive oil
2boneless steaks, thin sliced
1/3mediumgreen bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1/2mediumred bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1/2mediumonion, thinly sliced
2celery stalks, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
4ozwhite button mushrooms, sliced
12salted cocktail peanuts, whole or 24 halves

Recipe Instructions:

1.   Stir Fry Sauce:
Mix all of the Stir Fry Sauce Ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.
2.   Stir Fry Beef:
Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Saute beef strips until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
3.   Spread the beef to the outside of the skillet, add the onion to the center of the skillet and cook until soft.
4.   Then add the pepper, celery and mushrooms. Cook until crisp tender, about 2 minutes. Add the stir fry sauce and heat 2 minutes. Add the peanuts and cook 2 more minutes. Serve immediately.

Serves 2 people.
