Chinese Marinade for Chicken or Ribs
An excellent marinade and basting sauce for racks of ribs.

Recipe Ingredients:

1cupsoy sauce (Kikkoman)
1/2cupwhite vinegar
1/4cupdry sherry
2tspchopped garlic
1cube chicken bouillon
2Tbsphoi sin sauce (found in oriental or gourmet grocery)

Recipe Instructions:

1.   Marinade ribs for 3 hours. (6 if refrigerated). Use marinade as a basting sauce by placing marinade in a shallow basting pan. Add 1 can of beer. Place pan beneath ribs and baste every 20 minutes. When used as a marinade only, marinade can be reused by freezing for future use.
