Pork Chops With Mango-Peach Sauce & Broccoli Slaw

Recipe Ingredients:

nonstick cooking spray
1bag(12 oz) broccoli slaw
1/3cupranch dressing
2Tbspwater
2tspdijon mustard
1/2cuphoney mango barbecue sauce (World Harbors)
4pork chops (3/4-in. thick; about 8 oz each)
2ripe peaches, halved, pitted
3slices red onion (1/2-in. thick)


Recipe Instructions:

1.   Coat outdoor grill rack with nonstick spray; heat grill. Mix slaw, dressing, water, and mustard in a bowl. Refrigerate.
2.   Reserve 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce. Brush pork chops with some of the remaining barbecue sauce. Coat peaches and onion with nonstick spray.
3.   Grill peaches 6 minutes, turning once, until lightly charred. Grill pork and onions 10 to 12 minutes, turning as needed and brushing pork with remaining barbecue sauce, until pork is just barely pink at center and onions are lightly charred and tender.
4.   Cut peaches and onions into bite-size pieces. Put into a bowl and add the reserved 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce; toss to coat. Top chops with peach mixture; serve with slaw.
