Oven Caramel Corn

Recipe Ingredients:

15cup(3 3/4 quarts) popped corn
1cupbrown sugar (packed)
1/2cupbutter or margarine
1/4cuplight corn syrup
1/2tspbaking soda

Recipe Instructions:

1.   Heat oven to 200F. Divide popped corn between 2 ungreased baking pans, 13x9x2-inches. In saucepan, heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking over medium heat 5 minutes.
2.   Remove from heat; stir in baking soda until foamy. Pour on popped corn, stirring until corn is well coated. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Makes about 15 cups corn.
