Mini Fruit Desserts

Recipe Ingredients:

1pkg(1/2oz) sugar-free gelatine
7ozfresh fruit, prepared & chopped
6Tbspstrained plain yogurt
1tspvanilla extract
1/3cupshelled pistachios, chopped

Recipe Instructions:

1.   Make up the gelatine according to the package directions.
2.   Divide the fruit (mangoes, bananas, peaches, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) between 6 plastic cups or glasses. Pour over the gelatine and let chill for 6 hours until firmly set.
3.   Mix the yogurt with the vanilla extract and honey and spoon over the jellies. Sprinkle with the nuts and serve.

Yield: 6 servings.
