Ever-So-Easy Fruitcake

Recipe Ingredients:

2 1/2cupunsifted flour
1tspbaking soda
2eggs, slightly beaten
1jar(28oz) mince meat
1can(14oz) sweetened condensed milk
2cup(1 pound) mixed candied fruit
1cupcoarsely chopped walnuts

Recipe Instructions:

1.   Preheat oven to 300F. Generously grease and flour a 9 or 10-inch tube pan. Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside.
2.   In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Turn out of pan. Cool completely. Glaze and garnish as desired.

Tip: To store cake, cool thoroughly; wrap well in aluminum foil and refrigerate or freeze.
