Creamy Blueberry Tarts

Recipe Ingredients:

2pkg(8oz ea.) cream cheese, softened at room temp.
1tspvanilla extract
1canblueberry pie filling
vanilla wafers

Recipe Instructions:

1.   Preheat oven to 350F. Line a regular size 12 cup muffin pan with paper baking cups. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup for the crust.
2.   In mixing bowl cream together room temperature cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer. Add vanilla and beat in eggs one at a time. Mix thoroughly until batter is smooth and silky without lumps.
3.   Divide batter evenly among baking cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Bake for 20 minutes. (Cheesecakes are done before they crack, when the center is still soft.) Let cool (centers should sink in as they cool). Top each tart with blueberry pie filling and serve. Refrigerate leftovers.

Yield: 12 servings.
