Aunt Sarah's Cream Cheese Cake

Recipe Ingredients:

1 1/2cupsugar
1 1/2Tbspflour
1tspvanilla extract
1 1/2Tbspcornstarch
16ozcream cheese
1/2stick butter
1lbsPolly-O ricotta cheese
1ptsour cream

Recipe Instructions:

1.   Cream 1/2 stick of butter with 1 & 1/2 cups sugar. Add 16oz cream cheese and 1 lb ricotta. Beat well. Add 4 eggs one at a time. Add 1 tsp vanilla, 1 & 1/2 Tbl flour and 1 & 1/2 Tbl cornstarch. Fold in 1 pint of sour cream.
2.   Pour into a greased and floured spring form pan. CAUTION: Make sure pan seals well!
3.   Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
Let cake cool, then refrigerate before serving.

Note: You can put cherries (Comstock pie filling) or any other fruit topping on top when cool.
