Rosemary-Sage London Broil

Recipe Ingredients:

2Tbspfinely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
3Tbspfinely chopped fresh sage
2 1/2tspolive oil
1/2tspseasoned salt
1/2tspgarlic pepper
2clovegarlic, minced
4(9oz each) flank steaks (London broil)


Recipe Instructions:

1.   Preheat broiler. Blend rosemary, sage, olive oil, seasoned salt, garlic pepper, and garlic in small bowl. Spread mixture evenly on both sides of steaks; press lightly to help mixture adhere to meat.
2.   Place steaks on rack of broiler pan. Broil 2 to 3 inches from heat 6 to 9 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.

Yield: 8 servings
