Lemon Burgundy Beef

Recipe Ingredients:

2to 3, 4-oz steaks
1onion, sliced
juice of 2 lemons
1/4cupBurgundy wine

Recipe Instructions:

1.   Marinate beef in lemon juice for 2 hours.
2.   Melt butter in electric skillet, remove white foam. Saute garlic clove, remove. Brown onion, remove and reserve. Brown steak until medium rare, remove and reserve.
3.   Pour wine into skillet removing all bits and deglazing pan. To thicken, mix cornstarch with water. Heat until thickened.
4.   Add steak and onions. Keep warm over low heat. Garnish with parsley.
