Main Course: Cuban Pork Roast -

Cuban Pork Roast

Recipe Ingredients:

15lb pork shoulder butt (approximate)
2bitter (ungrafted) oranges or 1 bottle (24oz) Goya bitter orange
Goya Adobo seasoning

Recipe Instructions:

1.   Poke holes in the pork roast, and with your fingers, push minced garlic into the holes.
2.   Place the pork roast in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil. Form the foil to make a bowl around the roast.
3.   Pour the bitter orange over the roast. Salt the pork. Add Adobo seasoning. Sprinkle with oregano.
4.   Carefully close the foil around the roast. Cook in oven at 250 degrees for 8 10 hours covered in foil. Remove the foil and cook at 350 degrees for about an hour. Serve with Black Beans or Black-eyed Peas.
